The varying thickness of booklet label media, with multiple pages, cannot be handled by standard thermal label printers.
Our system is capable of auto-calibrating, by detecting the thickness of the label media, enabling a successful print each time
Effortlessly Print Reels of Booklets or Labels up to 400mm OD with our Custom Print Stations
A full system includes an Aircraft Grade Aluminium Base Plate with an External Unwind and Rewind unit mounted into place. Our ZT6XX Custom Printer rests on top of a Stainless Steel Printer Bridge, allowing adjustment forwards and backwards on high precision bearings. This gives the operator the ability to find the perfect pathway for the media and lock it into place.
